What we require from you as landlord and your property

• A boiler that is in good working order with service and gas safety certificate within the last 12 months.

• EICR dated within the last 5 years.

• Guarantee the mortgage payments are maintained for the duration of the agreement.

• Guarantee Landlords consent has been obtained in the event the property is leasehold.

• Guarantee that the appropriate corporate letting insurance is in place.
